So I was scattered, trying lots of ways to grow my consultancy business, without a clear focus on the foundation of growing and connecting with my audience. That cost me a lot of energy and wasted a LOT of time.
It was only when I realised how important audience growth was for my business that I made some changes and got the results I was looking for.

The first thing was I got crystal clear on my goals and my core mission
The second thing was I overcame the three biggest blockers that were holding me back from connecting with my growing audience
Thirdly I tapped into a surprising superpower (that we all have) that I had previously feared but helped me stand out in my niche
And I found a way to do this whilst building my self-confidence and staying focused on the activities that help to grow my business

I will take you through a specific sequence of steps to become crystal clear about your aim, target audience, personal strengths and interests, power focus, action plan, set-up steps and implementation.
Together we will crack the big blockers that hold so many people back, build clarity, confidence and time-efficiency, and also cut through the spaghetti-brain that can make everything unnecessarily complicated.
You will learn a simple method of storytelling that will hugely increase your relatability, intrigue and audience connection.
The 6 weekly workshop sessions are about 40 - 60 minutes, and the additional time people spend on the tasks varies. You might find some tasks quite easy, but others may take a few days of thinking to come to absolute certainty about your choices.
It is super important to do the groundwork thoroughly so that you can commit 100% to your plan without the need to revisit and rebuild your strategy later.
The additional Q and A calls can be immediately after the workshop sessions or separately a couple of days after them. They are about 30 -40 minutes as needed.
If you have time available we can accelerate the programme to be completed within 3 or 4 weeks.
The two 1:1 follow up calls are spaced a few weeks apart whenever you feel the need to check in, ask questions, problem solve or course correct.
